The ghost train which is travelling with us for the 2016 season was originally owned and operated by Pepper Bidall and Sons, and it travelled many years with them. It was built by them based on their earlier Hayes Fabrication-style train in the 1960s. It is now owned and operated by Richard Cadell, who is a leading authority on ghost rides. He has built five ghost trains over the years, and has lectured on the subject at the Science Museum. Richard's ghost trains are joining us as guest attractions.
Who can ride, and what does it cost?
The Ghost Train is suitable for any age (although it's scary and not suitable for small babies) and costs 4 tokens per person. Prices may be subject to change.

|Hire the Ghost Train
If you are interested in hiring the Ghost Train, please click here for more information. Please be aware that you will need a good level ground and clear enough access to get a lorry on to the site (any gate must be minimum of 10 feet wide). It runs on electricity, which we can generate with one of our lorry-mounted sets if necessary.
